Founded in Pune, SG Education has been guiding families through MBBS, Engineering, MBA and Law admissions for 12 years — on three principles: honest fees, verified routes only, and a senior counsellor named on every file.
We started SG because the admission market was broken.
For years, families with bright children were paying ₹2–10 lakhs in 'donation' or 'capitation' to consultants who didn't even hold a single conversation with the college. We decided to do it differently.
A practice, not a portal
SG Education is not a tech portal. We are an admission practice — a team of counsellors who actually pick up the phone, meet families in our Pune office, and stay reachable through the entire admission cycle.
We turn families away.
If your preferred college isn't NMC or NIRF recognised, we won't take the case. If the route you want isn't viable for your score, we say so on day one. We'd rather lose a fee than misguide a family.

We earn from successful admissions, not from leads.
Our admission-management fee is charged only after we secure your seat — and only if you choose to engage us for the end-to-end service. The first 30 minutes of counselling are always free.

Eligibility audit
We verify every certificate against the regulator's checklist — academic, identity, category, domicile, NRI sponsor. Nothing trips you up at counselling.
College shortlisting
A clean comparison of 6–8 colleges that fit your score, budget and location preferences — with real fee numbers and current cut-offs.
Counselling registration
MCC, state CET, deemed, institutional — we file each form, lock choices in priority order, and prep you for the round window.
Allotment co-ordination
Once allotted, we work directly with the college admission cell on documentation, DD, joining date and reporting protocol.
Joining formalities
Hostel block, ID issuance, library card, first-week schedule — handled with the college office while your family relocates.
Post-admission support
Through the year, we stay reachable for hostel issues, internal exam queries, transfer requests and family liaison.

Every college in our network is regulated, recognised and audited. No exceptions — even when the family pushes.

We do not sell urgency
No 'last seat available'. No 'fees increasing tomorrow'. The counselling window is what it is — we tell you the truth and let you decide.

Honest 'no' over a convenient 'yes'
If the route isn't viable for your score, we say so. If management quota doesn't make sense for your budget, we say so. Day one.
We charge after the seat, not before
Initial counselling and shortlisting are free. Our admission-management fee is invoiced only after the seat is secured.
We meet families in person
Anyone can claim anything online. We're at Bavdhan, Pune — Monday to Saturday, by appointment. Come visit.
At SG Education, transparency is non-negotiable. We do not demand or collect any admission fee, capitation, or donation from students or families before an admission is officially confirmed and an admission letter is issued by the college. All fees are paid by the family directly into the official college account through verified, written channels — never to SG Education or any individual counsellor. Once an admission is confirmed and the seat is locked in your name, we are unable to support back-out, refund, or cancellation requests, as the seat has been allocated against your name. We strongly recommend reviewing the management quota / NRI quota fee structure of each college in writing before commencing the process. Our role is to guide, verify, and advise — your decision and payment commitment remain entirely your own.

No. We are an independent advisory. We work with 65+ partner institutions across India but do not represent any one college exclusively.
Our core practice is Indian admissions. For overseas MBBS (Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia etc.) we make case-by-case introductions to vetted partners, but it isn't our specialisation.
