1. What we collect
When you fill an enquiry form on this website, we collect: your full name, phone number, optional email, course of interest, optional state / college / message, and (with your consent) automatic technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, and referring page. We collect this information to provide admission counselling and respond to your enquiry.
2. How we use your information
Your contact details are used by our senior counselling team to call or message you about your admission enquiry. We may share your details with partner colleges only after you have explicitly consented during the counselling process. Technical data is used for analytics, fraud prevention, and to improve the website.
3. Third-party tools
We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure the performance of our advertising. Personally identifiable information sent to Meta is hashed (SHA-256) on our server before transmission. We use Google Analytics for website traffic insights.
4. Data retention
We retain your enquiry data for as long as is needed to support your admission journey, plus a reasonable archive period for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@sgeducation.co.in. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
6. Children
Our services target prospective higher-education students typically aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
