How long does the full direct admission process take?
Typically 4–8 weeks from first enquiry to admission letter, depending on document readiness, college rounds, and your decisiveness on shortlisting.
When does SG Education charge me?
Never. Our guidance is free for the student and family. We are compensated by the partner college only after your admission is officially confirmed and the admission letter is issued.
Do I have to pay the college fees through SG Education?
No. All college fees are paid by you directly to the college's official bank account through verified, written channels. We do not accept, hold, or transmit your money.
What if I change my mind after seat confirmation?
Once a seat is officially locked in your name, refund / back-out is generally not possible — the seat has been allocated against your name and the college's quota fee structure does not permit refunds. We strongly recommend reviewing the written fee structure and confirming your decision before commencing the official application.
